15.11.2010 •Hudreds of soldiers of the Czech military together with state and local governments representatives paid tribute to the fallen at all war conflicts on the occasion of the Veterans Day 11 November. Events are also the place where both old and new veterans meet and remember.

2.11.2010 •On 31 October 2010 a memorial act to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the arrival of Czechoslovak airmen and soldiers to the UK was held in Brookwood.

26.10.2010 •A delegation of the Czech Air Force headed by Brigadier General Jiří Verner, the Chief of the Czech Air Force, and Brigadier General Bohuslav Dvořák, Director of Operations at the Czech Ministry of Defence, visited NATO’s Air Command at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, on 25 October.

27.7.2010 •The mission has been renamed to EU NAVFOR SOMALIA - ATALANTA Operation as of 30th March 2017. The operation keeps its mandate to protect vessels which contribute to the World Food Programme. The Programme ensures supplies of food and additional relief for refugees in Somalia.
