The Czech Provincial Reconstruction Team served in the Afghan Province of Logar within NATO-led ISAF operation from 19 March 2008 to 31 January 2013. The last unit was the 11th PRT, which accomplished in July 2013 more than five-year presence of the Czech Republic in this allied project. The task of the unit was to withdraw equipment and material, part of them sending back home, and hand over the last reconstruction projects to Afghan authorities.

The Czech PRT realised 138 reconstruction and development projects and 107 Quick Impact Projects during the last five years.

The civilian team consisted of up to 12 construction engineers, agricultural, security and media experts in one time. Within the team, 39 civilian experts rotated.

The major goal of the civilian part and the whole PRT was the support of official provincial government, support of security and contribution to reconstruction of the country.
