Czech Pilots Participate in the Tactical Leadership Programme
Czech pilots of L-159 ALCA aircraft, as the first team from east-European newcomers to NATO, participate in the prestigious Tactical Leadership Programme held at the Florennes Aviation Society, Florennes, Belgium.
The goal of the Tactical Leadership Programme is to enhance skills and interoperability experience of pilots who will be able to lead NATO air combat flight formations. The Florennes Aviation Society issues certificates for experienced leaders and also for pilots who passed the four-week course.
